It is situated in the city of Jaisalmer, in the Indian state of Rajasthan. It is a World Heritage. Jaisalmer Fort or Sonar Quila is one of the largest forts in the world. The Jaisalmer fort is different from other forts since it is informed that around 3000 families are residing inside the fort. It was a different experience. The jain temple inside the fort was marvelous and maintained well. The view of Jaisalmer from top of the fort was a very good experience.

The vast entrance welcomes you with an array of shops. Better get the service of a guide through the hotel you are staying. Sam Sand dunes
Sam sand dunes is like a heaven. There are three Sam. All sams are clean and full of visitors. There are many spots to see. There sunset is a wonderful experience. Camel riding and Jeep Safari liking a adventures trip. There all facility of breakfast, tea and also available beer in small hut shop. Camel and Jeep Safari on cheap cost. It’s full of Rajasthani culture. There fun in Rajasthani dance on Rajasthani folk songs. It’s worth of money. So everyone visit this palace.
After spending time in tents during school days, it was a luxury in the Prince Desert Camp. Especially hot running water in the morning.
The camel ride during sunset, sand dune blasting in an open jeep and a early morning walk in to the desert is invigorating.
The local folk music and dance was of very good quality. The artists claimed to be local. The food served was again unexpectedly delicious.
Being there within the first 30 days of demonetisation, the local toll Attendant gave me change in 100 rupee notes for my 2000 rupee note and the dune buggy operator took money digitally. A sobering experience for a city slicker.
Gadsisar lake, along with the small monuments erected in the middle of the lake and the heritage buildings located on the bank, has been the popular shooting site for many Bollywood films. The lake is located quite near to the city. It was the first attraction we visited during our Jaisalmer trip in November 2016. The pathway, leading to the lake, with golden stone built walls on either side provides the locality a charming appearance. The lake is really a visual feast to travellers as well as photographers.
Located in the heart of Jaisalmer, this lake is literally a treat to the eyes considering that it is an architectural wonder.
The destination was popularized after Nanhe Jaisalmer released.
